ARCA: Howie Disavino III to make ARCA Debut at Elko

Howie Disavino III will make his dream come true this weekend by making his ARCA Menards Series this week at Elko Speedway with Win-Tron Racing. “I am very excited.” Disavino said, “I feel blessed to have the opportunity to race in ARCA and to meet new people and also get to know them.” He continued

Disavino comes from the short tracks of Virginia racing mainly racing late models and knew it was a possibility to race ARCA but wasn’t sure how to get there. “I did think it was. However, I didn’t know how I was going to get there. I believe that it was an opportunity but was just confused on how to get there.” Disavino said

That was until he met Austin Theriault, who was the 2017 ARCA Menards Series Champion and currently works at PMG Marketing who also represents Disavino III and has helped with his racing as well as doing all his marketing. “We were running at Myrtle Beach Speedway and we had a bad qualifying run. He overheard what the crew was saying to me so he came over and talked to me. Later on that day he added me on Instagram. He sent me a direct message and ever since then we have been friends and we have worked together ever since.” Disavino said

Disavino will be going to Elko Speedway for the very first time and Disavino says it will be a very different experience when he gets on the track tomorrow. “Its going to be different for sure. But we have done that before and ran and qualifed good. So I hope it stays like that for this race. But it will be different for sure with not being able to know what the car will run like.” Disavino said
